IT Threat and Vulnerability review

Hi All,

We're getting ready to conduct a Threat and Vulnerability review on our campuses to test our ability to prevent, 
identify, respond to and remediate threats (System attacks).  We don't current plan on conducting any penetration 
scanning for this review. We are wondering if anybody had a ready audit plan we could see?
