"Class Capture" technology

A post just came up on the EDUCAUSE CIO's list regarding strategic decisions around "Class Capture" technology.  I 
thought I would ask to this list to see what security issues/challenges anyone had or is facing with regard to this 
technology.  We are planning to enter into this environment with a pending purchase of the ECHO360 product.

Any advice or recommendations anyone can offer is appreciated.
