Just below my name (beneath "Co-Chairs") there is a section called 
"Participation."  There it says:

Participation

    * To subscribe to the e-mail list, send an e-mail to <pubsympa AT 
internet2.edu> with the following message in the subject:
          o subscribe DNSSEC FirstName LastName

I don't believe I am one of the owners of the list, but you should be 
added automatically.  It's not restricted to EDUs, but it has an EDU focus.
