Re: RIAA complaints error?

We have received four notices over the last month, but all *appear* to be defective.  We have verified that the 
protocols cited in the notices (Ares, Limewire) do not work on our campus network.

Just a FYI.
 
We received a batch of them this morning.  All of them appeared to be accurate.  They were all a little older, say 
perhaps a week or so.
 
We received another batch this afternoon.  None of them were accurate.  These were within a day or so.
 
I suspect they have an error in the time stamps.    Were we the only ones?
