Iron Mountain - Connected Desktop Backup - "Heal"

If your institution is using Iron Mountain's desktop cloud backup product "Connected", have you enabled "Heal" 
functionality to restore full system state?  If so, what success or issues have you encountered.  If you did not allow 
that functionality, what was the rationale (e.g., storage requirements, complexity, support, etc.).
