You can get an idea of what Microsoft thinks about your mail servers by
signing up for Smart Network Data Services SNDS
(https://postmaster.live.com/snds/index.aspx).  That one is free and easy to
sign up for if you are responsible for abuse@ or postmaster@.

If you get the contract signed for the Junk Mail Reporting Program,  you'll
be able to see the exact e-mail live users are marking as spam and causing
you to get blocked.
