I was curious to know what other Institution's policy is regarding
publishing Administrative Staff and faculty information on the
University's Public website. The information includes Name, Title,
Phone #, Location and Division.

We list lname, fname, email addresse (as generated .png files) externally.

Internally, we list lname, fname, dept, extension, office and email
address (again as generated .png files). You can click on a person's
entry and get a photo (Faculty + Staff), mailing address, and email (as
text).

Thanks,
