We've been running a pair of IronPorts for about 4 years now. We've been extremely happy with both their accuracy in
finding spam and their ease of use. In addition I should mention that their customer support has gone above and beyond
what I would expect the few times we have had issues. (I actually had our IronPort SE call my cell phone early one
morning when a compromised internal machine started sending massive amounts of outbound spam, he had already opened a
case for us and was ready with mitigation information)

In my opinion it's some of the best money we've ever spent.

Subject: [SECURITY] Cisco IronPort

Hello all,

I’d like to know if any institution out there has deployed a Cisco IronPort device in their network? Just curious as to
what you think about it? Ease of use? Reporting? Worth the money?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to reply off list.

Thanks,

Heather
