We are using IronPort and it is one of the best products that we have implemented since I've been here (~9 years).
IronPort antivirus and spam detection is top notch. The mail handling is very fast and extremely efficient. IronPort
requires very little attention once it is setup and configured - it is reliable and doesn't require a lot of tweaking.
Bottom line? It just works.

Subject: [SECURITY] Cisco IronPort

Hello all,

I'd like to know if any institution out there has deployed a Cisco IronPort device in their network? Just curious as
to what you think about it? Ease of use? Reporting? Worth the money?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Feel free to reply off list.

Thanks,
Heather
