Peoplesoft && 2FA w/wout Shibboleth

I'm interested in hearing from schools that have deployed Peoplesoft
along with two factor authorization.

a) What 2FA system/vendor did you go with?

b) Do you use a single entry point into pplsoft (for both admin and
students/nonadmin)?
        b1) If yes, do admin users have to login a second time once they try
to access an
                application that requires stronger auth, or do they somehow
'know' (or are cued)
                to log into the initial portal with their 2FA mechanism?

c) Do you use shibboleth with 2FA and pplsoft?
        c1) how do your users specify/select their initial PIN?

d) Any gotchas, etc, you ran into with doing any of the above?
