Sogoul.com Spyware

Hi Folks

Does anyone have any idea what risks there are around  Sogoul.com.  I
know it is a Chinese search engine and that it is popular with some of
our overseas students and staff (if our snort logs are to be believed!).

Googling "Sogoul.com Spyware" returns links to snort sigs and not much
else.

Russell (who is tossing up whether or not to add 2008500 to the
oinkmaster black list ).
