OK so this morning I delved into some research and came up with the below handy website - it's not a tool as such but you can basically download data deletion instructions for pretty much any mobile phone that most users could follow. http://www.recellular.com/recycling/data_eraser/default.asp We have organised so that staff who are handing in an old phone for replacement have to sign to say they have followed instructions to remove all data. This is a reasonable work around at this point in time for us.
