The 2008 VA SCAN conference will be held October 6-7 in Blacksburg, Virginia.
Virginia Tech is excited to be hosting this event in our new conference center
and feel we have another outstanding program.  We encourage you to take a look
at the preliminary schedule on the web site (http://www.cpe.vt.edu/vascan2008/i
ndex.html) and consider attending.

It̵'s hard to believe this will be the 5th year for the VA SCAN conference,
but attendance and participation by colleagues throughout the region and State
make it possible for us to hold this annual meeting.  We hope you will share
this information with colleagues and will register early.  If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact Wayne Donald (wdonald () vt edu or
540 231-7694).
