How many people have adopted Blackhole DNS as a solution to help curb
Malware. Any success stories?

If you have, did you encounter resistance? Perhaps from people claiming
that this is a form of content filtering and in some way violating the
freedoms and right of students/faculty/staff?

Is this a form of content filtering?
