Note the address identified as the place to which manuscripts should be
sent.  'live.com' is the domain used in the recent phishing attempts
targeting many university campuses.

One of our faculty received the email below
(from gmail so no useful info or originating IP)

In spite of clumsy English, etc a paper was submitted.
The response was a request for $950 "handling fee".
A subsequent email which basically asked how much
they were willing to pay was sent from Nigeria.
