Berkeley gave a presentation about their SharePoint implementation at the Windows in Higher Education conference. This year's presentations are available here: http://www.windows-hied.org/12.html I know several other campuses at the event had also deployed SharePoint services, so I expect you'll get more responses. Is anyone deploying SharePoint at a significant level and to what extent have they been successful? 2. Are there any pitfalls that organizations should avoid when doing this? 3. Can anyone recommend particular security tools that enhance SharePoint? 4. Can anyone recommend a particular architecture that reflects the needs of Higher Ed? I appreciate any information that can be supplied. V/R Rich Knowles CISSP PMP Information Security Officer Miami University, Oxford OH knowlern () muohio edu
