Network Analyst
Computing and Technology Services

Provide installation, testing, record keeping, troubleshooting and
maintenance support for the campus network hardware and software
systems.  Provide end user support.  Deploy new technology and services
on the network.

Required:  Four-year degree in computer science or related field and
relevant work experience OR two-year degree in computer science or
related field and at least two years full-time relevant work experience.
Experience with TCP/IP, Internet access, switching, routing, DHCP,
VLANs.  Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:  CCNA or equivalent network certification.  Experience with:
security and firewall products; interacting with customers and vendors;
Voice over IP; network management software; working in a team
environment; cable plant (both fiber and copper) management; remote
access and wireless technologies; working in a college environment.

Excellent professional environment and fringe benefits.  Salary range
