Product request - auditing/change management

We've been looking for auditing/change management ability and the
ability to run scans against pre-built policies for servers, network
devices, directory services, and databases.  I've evaluated Tripwire 7.0
which seems to fit our needs, but was wondering if anyone else has any
suggestions for other programs to look at.
