Jason This is a little off topic from your question but I was wondering how long you wanted to keep those records for? We have a policy of one month active and two months on tape. Anyone else have thoughts on the topic of how long you should keep this sort of data? Thanks scott Colorado State University -----Original Message----- From: Youngquist, Jason R. What I'd like to be able to do is send the DHCP messages to a Linux syslog server so I can have a historical record of which machine had a particular IP address at a given time. The DHCP events aren't stored in the Windows Event Viewer. I did a little googling, and couldn't find much. I'm open to any suggestions on how to accomplish this. Thanks.
