You might search out a local users' group in your area, they usually have email lists and meetings that you can attend. If there are none in your area, I can recommend the Omaha Linux Users Group, they have an active mailing list and the members are generally helpful, knowledgeable and kind to the uninitiated. Good luck. -- Dave Hull -----Original Message----- From: Vuong Phung [mailto:vphung () SCIENCE SJSU EDU] Sent: Tuesday, July 17, 2007 3:55 PM To: SECURITY () LISTSERV EDUCAUSE EDU Subject: Re: [SECURITY] Linux/Unix email list recommendation? Thanks. I know such lists that Jarrod mentioned and what you warned. Maybe I wasn't clear enough, the list that I am looking for gearing toward more Linux/Unix system administration (e.g. setup, configure, manage, tip&tricks for nfs, apache, sendmail, postfix, samba, openldap, etc...)
