I get bounces to my personal address (or to
{abuse|security}@auckland.ac.nz ) on a semi regular basis -- some times
a whole clump arrive at once.  We also get the odd complaint from users
to the service desk about 'bounces from mail they never sent'.  Like Ken
I have not noticed any major increase lately.
