Thanks for collecting this information.  We are currently looking at
this product space and it's nice to see a list like these.  While I
would have to check my notes for other vendors, I can add that Vernier
Networks is an inline enforcement solution.  They were very set about
that being the only truly effective mechanism of enforcement.
