The forecast for damages due to a rather large infection, termed Blackworm/Nyxem/Blueworm, appears to be worth my assuming the standard Chicken Little risk. You can learn more about this risk via <http://www.lurhq.com/blackworm.html>. The lurhq.com site also has snort signatures for your use.
