Paypal Accounts for Student Activities

Our student groups are putting increasing pressure on us to allow them
to set up Paypal accounts to sell items, host small events, etc. I would
like to hear what others are allowing on campus regarding the use of
Paypal accounts - and why you allow or disallow it.
