Another commercial one is Fortinet (http://www.fortinet.com/products/ )
or if you don't want to pay, I think there's a way to hook clamav into squid
- http://www.clamav.net/3rdparty.html#webftp (you are using squid I hope).

There's also a commercial product by the guy who wrote Dans Guardian
(the squid+clamav solution) marketed by Smoothwall.
