Aaron, a good format would be using a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) as
part of the RFP process. You can grab samples off the web, or I have
federal model to provide. Bear in mind, your general counsel may have
one that includes all applicable laws for St. Augustine.

Subject: Letter of Confidentiality

Does anyone have a letter of confidentiality that is provided to a
vendor? I'm in the process of soliciting bids from a vendor that will
digitize older student records and want to make certain before I move
forward the college has its interests protected. Any help or advise
would be greatly appreciated.
