Here at Regis, we were using CipherTrust IronMail.  We've recently
switched over to Roaring Penguin Can_IT Pro.  Can-IT does a good job,
and is very easily customized by end users.   It's doing a great job
blocking SPAM, with very low false positives.  I'd give it a big
thumbs-up.
