We recommend toolbar.google.com.  Hadn't seen much that it won't stop
for surfing popups.  Now if you're talking spyware generated, that's a
different story. (spybot/adaware/etc).

Can anyone recommend a solution that would prevent an infestation of
pop-ups. We've implemented the use of several different utilities to
prevent such stuff from showing up with minimal success. I'm searching
for a more robust solution.
