We haven't actually had many requests to keep the email account. In the
couple of cases that we've had their grouping/classification stayed as it
was when they were active faculty.

Subject: [SECURITY] Email for retired faculty

At NDSU we offer email services for emeritus faculty. If
some of you do this, I am wondering how you fit this group
into your email policy. Do you mention them specifically
along with other groups or just include them in the general
population? Currently, we are including them within our
general population, but lately some concerns have surfaced.
I am curious as to what other universities are doing. Thank you.
