Director of Information and Systems Security

Northwestern University Information Technology is instituting a Security
Office for university-wide security issues.  We have started a search for a
Director of Information and Systems Security that will guide education
programs to raise awareness, develop policies, goals and objectives to
maintain a secure information environment, enhance and maintain a
state-of-the-art information security infrastructure, facilitate security
audits and review and implement all compliance requirements.  The directors
will participate in government, higher education and private business
security organizations.  This position is not unlike many at other
universities and corporations.

We have run a large classified ad in the Chicago Tribune, but the
candidates thus far have not met our needs.  I am looking for
suggestions....search firms with expertise in this area, publications where
an ad should be posted, organizations that accept postings, etc.
