We run Sendmail Switch (commercial version of sendmail 8.12.x) + MIMEDefang +
SpamAssassin + McAfee uvscan on the gateway servers in our central mail cluster.
McAfee uvscan is covered by our site license for McAfee anti-virus products.

The gateway servers are Sun Fire V880 systems offering SMTP, secure SMTP,
secure authenticated SMTP, secure and open POP and IMAP proxy, and secure
webmail services.
