You may not have read it yet. But you should. Probably another thing
that should have been in that article is that the Chinese are creating
quite a bit of their own IP right now and hence are more open to
IP-protectionism treaties. A lot of my scientist friends with PhDs do
their research for Chinese companies in China because they can't get
similar jobs here, where we have breathable air.
