That's an good goal for an event if you can afford it.

SOURCE Conference accepts sponsorship, but no sponsorship level
includes 'paid keynotes' or track talks.

Any 'vendor' sessions are clearly marked as such, and our advisory
board would never accept vendor pitches masquerading as track talks.
When you're a smaller event, it's not that hard to keep the vendors
where they should be.

DEF CON has not and will not even accept sponsorship at any level. I'm not
sure what conferences still do that, but I don't want to risk any vendor taint
at all.

Dear Dave,

not every conference does that.

We choose our keynotes carefully and make sure that they don't have a vendor
or product pitch. And we pay for travel and accommodation for all speakers,
including key note...
