Re: NT sniper bug?

Does anybody know any details about the so-called NT sniper bug? That is, Windows NT under some circumstances is said to randomly select packets off the wire and fire off ICMP host unreachables to one of the addresses in that packet.
This has probably been said before, but check out: <http://www.microsoft.com/Support/KBSL/bussys/winnt/Q131865.htm> Microsoft has a pretty good writeup on this.
