YEs, but US Law does not extend into areas where things are legal. THE US 
cannot prosecute a person from another country for doing something in his 
home country that is LEGAL there .... it is only when the info reaches 
the US That it is illegal to distribute. 

With your logic -- no anti-Moslem or pornographic material should be 
allowed on the internet -- as it will reach Iran where that material is 
strictly illegal. Ah, but you are posting in the USA or Europe -- oh, so 
it does matter where the poster is and what his local laws are... well, 
in that case, i ask you what is the differecnce between an Iranian 
posting material that is illegal in the USA and an American posting 
material thatt is illegal in Iran ... assuming that each posts in his 
native coutry?
