  There's a worm making the rounds this way.  I forget its name, but it has
a hard-coded list of 31 admin passwords it tries -- stupid things like
"123456" -- and it succeeds often enough to be spreading.
  So basically, if you permit this, your safety is only as good as your
users' ability to choose (and remember!) good passwords.  Do you feel lucky?
