Hi
I feel like your request is somehow unclear. you once mentioned "VLAN" which is related to Network(Security) and somewhere else you talked about "Vulnerabillity Mgt" or "Patch Mgt". Most applications, use Layer-3 routing to reach their destinations, and VLANs are used when a Layer-2 traffic is available or needed. And as far as I know,in network security, "Patch Mgt" or "Vuln. mgt" is not that useful; since the main role is on the hardware side(Switch/Router/Firewall) and there is no patch for them (in Chinese gears "patch" exists!) and if there is an issue, they will be fixed in next release or version, not in a patch. So, I'm wondering if you are looking for an standalone tool or device for both Application & Network security or separate solution.(Your network devices' vendor(s) name, might be more helpful)

Regards
