Never heard about OSCP (Offensive Security Cert) before. Looks like this is a black-hat cert. Zone-h used to provide 
similar sort of training. I am not sure how reputed these black-hat type certs are in the market today.

In any day I would recommend OSCP, It is very practical and has online lab. Plus to pass you need to simulate the 
actual test and create a report.
