Is there a way to create a GPO for a OU for an existing domain, but outside the environment of the actual DC and AD and 
then later import the GPO into an existing OU or a newly created one? I'm trying to develop a way to create a GPO for a 
client without having to travel to their site and then import it completely into their existing domain. Any tools or 
you all may know would be greatly appreciated. Also, beside creating an identical Virtual environment I'm looking for a 
particular application or util to create a GPO from scratch. Thanks.
