Hi Sumit,

If you are using Symantec Antivirus, you can prevent Data loss by
disabling USB drives through Symantec "device policy" (even if he has
administrator privileges also he can't enable USB until and unless he
uninstall USB.)

You have to use any Host Based IDS solution in order to trace all his
mail attachments.

actually our main concern is to prevent the data theft from our office
PCs(suggest if you have some other other solution).
