Hello!

If you're talking about Windows Vista / 7 machines, you can force all the
removable medias to read-only mode using group policies, either using active directory
or local policies if you're not running your computers on domain.

Other solution for Microsoft environment would be installing the Rights Management Services
to protect your data. It's much easier that people usually think!
That'll prevent the usage of your documents outside your organization, no matter how they're
transferred.

Yours,

Antti

Subject: Data Theft

we are looking for any software/firewall solution.

which prevent the user(user is not under domain) from copying the data from
PC/laptop to Pen drive/mail the data as an attachment.

actually our main concern is to prevent the data theft from our office
PCs(suggest if you have some other other solution).

we require this for at least 5-10 PCs.---------
