Your best bet is the Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures web site:
Go to http://cve.mitre.org/ and search for "Cisco +
Vulnerability" (minus the quotes). It turned 307 results...

You can try to get fancier in your search by including your IOS version
for more targeted searches. I think they use Google's search engine, use
your creativity to narrow your search down to the information you are
looking for.

I'm looking for a way to determine whether my current cisco ios is
vulnerable to any known exploits.  navigating cisco's site is painful
and not very intuitive (even with a cco account).  basically if i'm
running ios 12.2(25) on a switch do I need to upgrade and if so to
what release?  Any thoughts?
