        For me, it is about having less work to do in case of a problem. I
don't get paid to work the weekends untangling the network because
someone failed a patch cycle or did not put a consultant laptop on an
isolation VLan. 
        By making sure we have the best policies in place to protect our nets
and that everyone follows them (the hard part) I know that I can walk
out of the office and feel good about not having to come back.
        Like Kurt, I too will take the security over the convenience.
