If you're talking remote access for corporate users, GoToMyPC tied with RSA SecurID is secure and works well, though isn't cheap. If you're looking for something for your help-desk to support end-users, you could checkout something like Bomgar (I don't have any experience with it personally, but heard good things) or GoToAssist (works well). - Ryan On Thu, Jan 22, 2009 at 23:13, Haymi Rock <haymirock () googlemail com> wrote:
Hello everyone, I started working as a technical customer support for a company who has a lot of customers in the whole world. They are using PCAnywhere for remote access, but sometimes it doesn't work. My question is about what is the most reliable, secure software that can support as well "Access Invitations" (Such as Microsoft's Remote Assistant)? What do big organizations use for remote access or remote management? Your help is so much appreciated. Best regards, Simon
