I think most people in the security world will agree with me that you want 
to choose for 1 of your products, never have 2 anti-virus products on one 
and the same server, it gives a lot of troubles with locking of files, 
deletion of malicious files which will be defended by one scanner because 
the other one tries to modify/ delete it, loss of resources and other 
complicated protection methods.
After using Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) for a long period of time, I 
would advice you to simply use just one of them: even though on paper 
together it would look like you have a better variety of protection and 
detection, in practice it does not  always work that way.
