Laughware - A new era of malware

New definition:

Laughware - Malware that denies an analyst to unpack the malware for further inspection by inserting funny comments 
that are too hard to resist. This new attack vector stops analysis at a different level, it attacks the human mind and 
its inability to withstand emotions.

Does anybody agree on the term? Are such attacks possible?
