USB device security? (data leakage)

Hi,

I recently came across this product:

It looks nice and the features look nice too, however, in my company, 
its mostly a Linux environment. Suggesting getting all the requirements 
for this product will most likely result in a big NO from management. So 
I just wanted to ask, if anyone here has any links to similar products, 
but for unix/linux platforms... Or in general, how do you handle data 
leakage in your company? Currently, we use nothing here...
