Restricting access to portable USB cards, USB toggles, Data drives etc

HI

Does anyone know any application which monitors various peripheral
ports like USB for usage. The program would monitor the activities
some like (for eg)
1. copy of data onto pendrive  then keep a log or abstain user
2. any access to internet (through USB toggles say) then restricted
and reported
3. any data containing any key word , then do some action.

any idea any product like that , or even close.
