I haven't looked for software that you can install on a pendrive to do
what you're looking for. However there is a company called Mtrust that
has these thumb-drives with password protection, encryption, and
antivirus already installed.

Might want to check them out!

Subject: encryption software for pendrive

Hi

I need an encryption software to encrypt data on pen drive. Kindly note
that the a password is needed as soon as the pendrive is connected to a
machine.

Is there a free software available. Where I can put password, reset it
as well as if user forget password admin can decrypt it to access data.

Kindly advise.

Regards
Lovena
