encryption software for pendrive

Hi 

I need an encryption software to encrypt data on pen drive.  Kindly note
that the a password is needed as soon as the pendrive is connected to a
machine.

Is there a free software available.  Where I can put password, reset it as
well as if user forget password admin can decrypt it to access data.

Kindly advise.
